Tom Stevenson

Tom Stevenson is currently the Lead People Partner for Reinsurance Solutions UK at Aon, a role they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Hamilton Insurance Group from 2016 to 2022 and held various HR positions at organizations including Gearbulk, Arup, and AECOM. Tom began their career as a Corporate Paralegal with the US Securities Team at Herbert Smith Freehills from 2004 to 2006. They hold an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Strathclyde and a law degree from the University of Aberdeen.
