Tom Williams is an Associate Partner at Aon, where since 2008, leadership of a multi-national team focused on institutional investment consulting has been a key responsibility. Tom is also a member of Aon’s Defined Contribution Solutions leadership team, contributing to thought leadership and best practices in the field. Prior professional roles include Director of Financial Planning at Sovereign Wealth Management, EVP at Investment Counsel & Trust Company, Group Financial Officer at SunTrust, and Chief Investment Officer at First Mercantile Trust. Educational credentials include a Master of Accountancy in Accounting and Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, both from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
