Tomas Persson

Tomas Persson is an engaged leader with extensive experience in financial management and analytics. Currently serving as the Head of Captive Management and Risk & Analytics at Aon since 2018, Tomas oversees a team specializing in captive management with full P&L responsibility. Previously, they held positions as Regional CFO at Smarte Carte, where they developed accounting operations from scratch, and as a Senior Business Analyst at Aon Global Risk Consulting, where they significantly improved efficiency in reporting processes. Tomas also has experience as an Adjunkt at Örebro University, teaching subjects such as accounting and financing. They hold a Master of Business Administration in International Marketing from Umeå University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Örebro University.
