Tony Pugh is the Head of DC Solutions, EMEA at Aon, where they have been responsible for managing Aon's fast-growing DC business and the market-leading Aon MasterTrust since 2017. With over 30 years of experience in the pensions industry, Tony previously served as a Senior Partner and Head of Europe DC at Mercer from 1988 to 2016. They hold a 2:1 degree in Human Geography from the University of Reading, earned between 1984 and 1987. Outside of work, Tony enjoys running, playing golf, traveling, cooking, and spending time with family.
