Currently serving as a Director of Talent Solutions at Aon, they have previously held significant roles such as the Global Head of Remuneration and Rewards at Aurecon and Head of Performance and Rewards at Clayton Utz. With a strong background spanning multiple regions, including Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, Tracey has led the design and implementation of innovative human capital solutions.
