Troy Hughes is the Global Director of eCommerce at Aon, where they have worked for over 18 years, holding various roles including Assistant Vice President and Development Manager. Previously, Troy served as a programmer/analyst at Statpac Inc and Marvin Windows and Doors, and later became the Director of Software Development at AppDev. Additionally, Troy was a Product Manager at American Express Financial Advisors. Troy holds a BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Statistics from Minnesota State University, Mankato, obtained in 1991. Currently, Troy also chairs the Ruschlikon ePlacing Steering Committee.
