Vanitha N. is a purpose-driven professional dedicated to enhancing lives through strategic, evidence-based wellbeing initiatives. With a dual background in psychology and nursing, Vanitha has over a decade of experience in workplace wellbeing strategies, previously serving as a Staff Registered Nurse and an Occupational Health Nurse. Currently, Vanitha is the Senior Wellbeing & Health Specialist at Exyte and Associate Director (Regional Wellbeing Consultant) at Aon, while pursuing a Master's degree in HRM and Organizational Psychology at the University of Chichester. Driven by the desire to tackle human-centered challenges, Vanitha believes in creating environments where individuals thrive both personally and professionally.
