Varun Parashar

Varun Parashar is an experienced professional in people advisory services, currently serving in the APAC People Advisory role at Aon since November 2022. Prior to this position, Varun held the title of Lead, HR & Talent Advisory at Kincentric from November 2021 to November 2022 and worked in people advisory services at EY for a brief period in early 2021. Varun has a significant background at Grant Thornton India LLP, where responsibilities included HR transformation, performance management framework design, and client engagement leadership from May 2014 to December 2020, following an internship in the same firm in 2013. Varun began a career at Infosys as a System Engineer from June 2010 to April 2012, contributing to software development lifecycle improvements. Education includes an MBA from Symbiosis Center of Management and Human Resource Development and a B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
