With a 30-year career, Dr. Schmidt Harvey has collaborated with numerous prestigious organizations, including Bank of America and Procter & Gamble, to enhance their leadership capabilities. They hold a Doctorate in Industrial Organizational Psychology, a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology, all from Iowa State University. Currently, Dr. Schmidt Harvey also serves as a Senior Consultant with NuBrick Partners and an Executive Coach with BTS, continuing to influence leadership development across various sectors.
