Will Freeman is a Consultant in Aon’s Talent Solutions team, specialising in compensation strategy and benchmarking for the technology and general industry sectors. They lead projects that involve tailored compensation benchmarking, salary band design, and sales incentive reviews, aiming to help clients make informed pay decisions that balance competitiveness and equity. Previously, Will held roles at Amazon as a Warehouse Associate and MyTutor.co.uk as a Maths and Chemistry Tutor. Will earned an MSci in Chemistry from the University of Birmingham, where research focused on characterising quantum materials. Currently, Will leads Aon’s Gaming and Entertainment industry growth initiative across Europe, fostering professional connections and providing insights in talent and reward strategy.
