William Lapczynski is currently the Managing Director of Aon Risk Solutions, leading the Aon Global Client Network since 2013. Previously, they held several senior roles at Marsh & McLennan Companies and Chubb Insurance, including Senior Vice President and Assistant Vice President positions focused on multinational brokerage. Prior experience also includes various managerial roles in foreign casualty at AIG. William is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and French from Rutgers University while also attending Randolph-Macon College.
