Wouter Smit

Wouter Smit is currently the Business Manager Benelux at Aon, where they have held various roles including Account Handler and Broking Coordinator in Global Broking Services. They previously contributed to Ayoung Professionals as a Board Member, aimed at connecting and developing young talent within the organization. Wouter also completed a Minor and Thesis in Neonatology at Erasmus MC. Their educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Product Design from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and a Master's degree in Product Design from Raffles Milano, along with a recent participation in the Leading Strategic Projects Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
