Xian He

Xian Xian is currently the Associate Director at Aon Impact Forecasting Group, specializing in catastrophe modeling and loss assessment. Xian develops and updates storm surge hazard models and collaborates with software teams to implement these models. Previously, Xian earned a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, focusing on the performance of interdependent infrastructure systems under disasters. Xian possesses a diverse skill set, including proficiency in Matlab, ArcGIS, and Python, and has completed CFA Levels I and II.
