Andrew Walker

Co-Founder - Director of Research and Development at AON3D

Andrew Walker has a wealth of experience in the engineering field. Andrew began their career in 2012 as a Metallurgical Engineer (Coop) for Xstrata Zinc. The following year, they worked as a Process Development Engineer (Coop) for Sherritt International. In 2014, they pursued a Masters of Engineering at McGill University, where their project focused on Additive Manufacturing of High Strength Aluminium Alloys via P-SLM process. In 2016, they became the Co-Founder and Director of Research and Development at AON3D.

Andrew Walker attended St. Michaels College School from 2003 to 2009 and obtained their Ontario Secondary School Diploma. Andrew then attended McGill University from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Materials / Metallurgy / Process Engineering. Finally, they attended McGill University again from 2014 to 2018, earning a Master's degree (Thesis) in Materials Science.
