Abe Saffer

Abe Saffer is a Senior Legislative Representative at the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), where they lobby Congress on various issues including special education and mental health. With over 15 years of experience in policy, lobbying, and political communication, Abe has successfully led coalitions at local, state, and national levels. They have drafted legislation and advocate campaigns, and contributed to significant legislative accomplishments, such as securing funding for the Allied Health Workforce Diversity program. Abe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a concentration in Public Policy from Arizona State University and a Master’s Degree in Political Management from The George Washington University.
