Ryan Noll

Ryan Noll is a Chief People Officer and global operations leader with a robust background in transforming human resources strategies across various organizations. Currently, Noll serves as the Chief People Officer at Evidence Action, overseeing a team of HR professionals and driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture. Previously, Noll held the position of Chief People Officer at the Results for Development Institute, where they successfully managed a 70% growth in international employee headcount while maintaining high employee satisfaction. With extensive experience in HR management, including roles at the USO and Helios HR, Noll has developed a holistic approach to HR that fosters a collaborative and progressive work environment.
