Vinit Kumar

Vinit Kumar is an experienced professional in the food industry with a strong background in quality assurance and operations management. Currently serving as the Manager of Quality Assurance at AOV Group since December 2022, Vinit oversees various auditing processes related to poultry meat processing and ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook products. Prior experience includes a role as Operations Manager at TenderCuts and as Quality Assurance Manager at Royal Orchid Hospitality, along with positions at Vista Processed Foods, Golden Wheat and Allied Mills, and Darshan Foods, where responsibilities focused on quality control and production management. Vinit began a career as a Lab Chemist at Avon Food Lab, specializing in chemical and microbiological testing of food products. Vinit holds a B.Tech degree in Food Technology from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi.
