Hubert Rameye

Hubert Rameye is currently the Responsible for IT and Telecommunications Purchasing at AP-HP, having started in 2023. Previously, Hubert held leadership roles in procurement at the French Ministry of State Purchases, managing portfolios totaling 300 and 400 million euros, respectively, in infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and telecommunications. Hubert's career also includes significant experience at Assistance Aeronautique & Aerospatiale from 2008 to 2017, where they oversaw an 80 million euro purchasing portfolio and implemented various purchasing strategies and risk management plans. Hubert holds a Master’s degree in Purchasing Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a degree from NEOMA Business School focused on purchasing and contract management.
