Jerome Cros is a full professor of pathology at AP-HP, Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris, where they have been serving since 2020. Jerome previously held positions as an assistant professor in pathology at the University Paris 7 and APHP from 2011 to 2014, and as a resident in pathology at APHP from 2006 to 2011. They undertook postdoctoral research at INSERM from 2005 to 2008, exploring the biology of the mononuclear phagocyte system, and completed their PhD at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, focusing on nuclear trafficking of influenza virus nucleoprotein. Jerome began their medical journey as a student at Hôpital Necker-Enfants Malades from 1996 to 2000.
