With prior experience as the Manager of Mining, Minerals & Metals at Independent Project Analysis and Director of Management Sciences at TASC, Inc., Fred has a strong background in improving capital project effectiveness and providing analytic support to various industries. Fred holds an MBA from The Wharton School and degrees in Economics and International Studies from American University.
