AP Prokure is a UK-based authority in energy procurement and cost transformation, trusted by FTSE 100s, PE-backed platforms and scaling SMEs. From London and Oxfordshire, we combine market access, data discipline and compliance-by-design to deliver board-ready results.

At Approkure, we believe small and medium-sized businesses should enjoy the same purchasing power and simplicity as large corporations. For too long, SMEs have been disadvantaged by fragmented procurement, inconsistent contracts, and limited access to trusted suppliers. We’re here to change that.

Our platform unlocks the strength of collective buying power, enabling SMEs to source smarter, negotiate better, and compete on equal footing with bigger players. By aligning demand across multiple businesses, we simplify contracts, streamline processes, and deliver cost advantages that no SME could achieve alone.

What We Do

Collective Buying Power: We bring SMEs together into organized purchasing groups, giving members access to group-negotiated deals and standardized contracts that save money and reduce complexity.

Aligned, Simplified Contracts: Instead of managing dozens of supplier agreements, we align and consolidate terms for the group, making it easier for SMEs to onboard, buy, and comply — all under one simplified framework.

Trusted Supplier Network: We vet and negotiate with suppliers on behalf of the group, ensuring transparency, reliability, and fairness. You get enterprise-level agreements without enterprise headaches.

Streamlined Procurement Tools: From quote requests and purchase orders to delivery tracking and invoice management, our platform automates the admin, freeing your team to focus on growth.

Why It Matters for SMEs

Bigger Savings Together: Individually, SMEs lack leverage. Collectively, you unlock volume discounts, stronger terms, and simplified contracts designed for group advantage.

Less Complexity, More Control: Standardized agreements mean less paperwork
