Greg Young

President & CEO at AP4 Group

Greg Young has extensive work experience in the aerospace and energy industries. Greg has held various leadership roles throughout their career. From 2020 to the present, Greg has been the President & CEO of AP4 Energy Group, a premier aftermarket solution provider for the power industry. Prior to that, they served as the President & CEO of AP4 Energy Group including AP+M from 2013. Greg was also the Vice President & General Manager of the MRO Division at AMETEK from 2010 to 2013. Greg served as the President of Texas Aero Engine Services Limited (TAESL) from 2007 to 2010, a joint venture between Rolls-Royce and American Airlines. Greg was also the President & GM of TAESL at Rolls-Royce during the same period. Before that, they worked at StandardAero as the Vice President and General Manager from 1997 to 2007, overseeing multiple stand-alone Strategic Business Units. Greg also spent time at Pratt & Whitney and the US Army earlier in their career. Greg holds an MBA from The University of Tennessee.

Greg Young earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in the years 1985 to 1987. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Aerospace at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, which they completed in the years 2003 to 2004. Additionally, Young also obtained another MBA degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville during the same period.
