Pam Ringquist

Pam Ringquist has diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Pam has held various roles, including Director of People Operations at AP4 Group starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent HR Consultant, where they provided support to clients during important HR moments of growth. Pam also served as the Chief People Officer at GloriFi Official, where they were responsible for the people strategy and operational excellence at a fast-paced technology company. Pam previously worked as a Senior HR Consultant at livingHR, Inc., providing consulting and thought leadership on workplace experiences and culture transformation. Pam also held the position of Chief People Officer at Seibels, where they played a crucial role in setting the strategy and vision for the People function. Earlier in their career, Pam served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Gulfstream Property & Casualty Insurance and as the Director of Human Resources at Williams Parker Harrison Dietz & Getzen, where they developed the HR department and implemented various HR policies and systems.

Pam Ringquist has a Bachelor's degree from Illinois State University. Pam has also obtained certifications including SHRM-SCP from SHRM in 2015 and SPHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2011.
