Xiaoping Yu

Xiaoping Yu has extensive work experience in the field of mechanical engineering. They started their career in 1996 as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at the State Grid Corporation of China. They then worked as a Researcher in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Melbourne. After that, Xiaoping held the position of a Senior Consultant Engineer at SVT Engineering Consultants. Following that, they worked as a Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer at Shell (Eastern Petroleum Pte. Ltd). Currently, Xiaoping is employed at APA Group, where they have held various roles such as Lead Mechanical Engineer, Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer, and currently as a Team Lead in Mechanical Engineering.

Xiaoping Yu began their education in 1989 at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. This educational journey lasted until 1996. Later, from 2002 to 2005, Xiaoping Yu attended the University of Melbourne, Australia, for their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
