Aaron Harless

Aaron Harless is an experienced professional in construction management, currently serving as an Estimator at APAC Central since January 2023. Prior to this role, Aaron held the position of Operations Manager at APAC-CENTRAL INC from August 2021 to May 2023 and was the General Manager at Springfield Ready Mix Co. for 15 years, from June 2006 to July 2021. Responsibilities have included managing plant and facility operations, human resources, safety programs, project bidding, and overseeing quality control. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management Technology from Missouri State University, completed in 2006.
