Operations Team

The Operations Team at APAC Central ensures seamless production and delivery of construction materials and machinery. The Safety Representative oversees workplace safety protocols; the Plant Foreperson manages daily plant operations; the Dispatcher coordinates logistics; the Heavy Equipment Operator handles machinery; the Scale House Operator manages material weight and quality checks; and the Transportation Manager oversees the distribution and transport logistics.
