Previous roles include Managing Director at Belgravia Property Investment Management (2004-2008), Head of Property at London and Capital (2002-2004), and Director at Fletcher King (1995-2002), as well as an Investment Surveyor at Jones Lang LaSalle (1990-1993). Dunkerley holds a 2:1 degree in Land Management from the University of Reading and completed earlier education at Cheltenham College and Cheltenham Junior School.
