Mervyn Howard

Mervyn Howard serves as the Executive Chairman of Apache Capital Partners, overseeing the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee since January 2016. Mervyn is also the Founder of Perora, a consultancy focusing on real estate investment and advisory, established in 2013. Previously, Mervyn was the Managing Director of Grosvenor Fund Management from 2001 to 2013, where significant business growth was achieved, culminating in £2bn AUM and the successful Liverpool One development. Earlier roles include Head of Acquisitions at TrizecHahn Europe (1998-2001) and Managing Director for GE Capital Real Estate UK & Scandinavia (1992-1998). Mervyn holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Melbourne.
