Chris Adam

Chris Adam is a skilled mechanical technician with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. Starting as a Mechanical Technician Apprentice at ECITB from August 2009 to August 2011, Chris completed an HNC in Mechanical Engineering at Forth Valley College while acquiring fundamental workshop skills. Following this apprenticeship, Chris worked at Wood as a Mechanical Technician Apprentice from September 2011 to September 2013, and later served as a Mechanical Technician at Petrofac from August 2018 to May 2019, where responsibilities included major overhauls and maintenance of various mechanical equipment. Most recently, Chris held the position of Senior Facilities Engineer - Mechanical at Apache Corporation in July 2025. Additionally, Chris achieved a Bachelor of Engineering with First-class Honours from The Open University between 2017 and 2023.
