Dan Lauer

Dan Lauer is a Partner at S2 Construction Company LLC and currently serves as a Pastor at Belmont Methodist Church. With extensive experience in crisis and emergency management, they held various leadership roles in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1997 to 2012, including Chief of Marine Environmental Response and Deputy Incident Commander during the Deepwater Horizon incident. Dan previously worked as a Co-Managing Partner at Trident Resilience Solutions in 2020 and has held managerial positions at Apache Corporation focused on crisis management and emergency response. Dan is pursuing multiple advanced certifications in emergency management and organizational leadership, alongside a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University.
