Dave Gardner

Dave Gardner is an experienced Senior Exploration Geologist who works as a Geoscience Advisor at Apache Corporation since 2025. Previously, they held the position of Senior Exploration Geoscientist at Shell from 2008 to 2025, where they contributed to various exploration initiatives across North and South America and West Africa. Gardner has a strong background in play evaluation and prospect delivery in key basins, including the Gulf of Mexico and North Slope Alaska. They earned a Master of Science in Geology from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Dalhousie University.
