Thi Bui

Thi Bui is an accomplished talent management professional with extensive experience in leading talent acquisition, development, and organizational strategies across various multinational corporations. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development at Apache Corporation since September 2024, Thi is responsible for enterprise-wide talent management initiatives. Previous roles include Director of Talent Management at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where a robust succession planning framework was established, and Global Head of Talent Management at bp, focusing on streamlining talent management processes. Thi’s earlier experiences encompass positions at Motiva Enterprises LLC as Head of Talent & Organizational Development, and Shell, where expertise was developed in HR management and leadership development. Thi holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University, obtained in 2002 and 2000, respectively.
