Tom Sinclair

Tom Sinclair is a seasoned maintenance professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. From December 2011 to the present, Tom served as an Offshore Maintenance Supervisor at Apache Corporation, overseeing all maintenance departments, including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation personnel, while planning maintenance tasks and managing breakdowns. Prior to this role, Tom worked at ExxonMobil from July 2001 to December 2011 as a Maintenance Supervisor, where responsibilities included managing platform maintenance departments, utilizing IPES and SAP for planning work, and ensuring the availability of materials for repairs and TAR planning. Tom is now retired from Apache.
