William Baird is an experienced Process Engineer currently serving as the Process Engineering Technical Authority and Facilities Engineering Team Lead at Apache Corporation since September 2017. In this role, William manages a team of engineers supporting operational priorities, change management, and project budget proposals based on risk assessments for the Beryl Field. Prior to this, William worked as a Process Engineer for Xodus Group from September 2010 to August 2017, where responsibilities included process calculations for Pre-FEED and FEED studies, HYSYS simulations, and operational support for North Sea assets. William holds an MEng in Chemical Engineering with Oil and Gas Technology from Heriot-Watt University, completed in 2010.
