Jo Hall

Jo Hall is an experienced professional in business development and marketing with a robust background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development at Apache iX Limited since June 2025, Jo has previously held key positions such as Social Value Lead at Amentum and Head of BD, Marketing, and Comms at Archus. Notably, as Executive Director at Bath Racecourse from 2011 to December 2019, Jo managed full P&L accountability and led a team to enhance the racetrack experience for over 80,000 annual visitors, overseeing a successful £5m redevelopment project. Jo Hall holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing and Law from the University of the West of England.
