James Spinks

James Spinks has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. James began their career in 1991 as a Munitions Maintenance Crew Member in the United States Air Force. James steadily progressed through various roles, including Munitions Maintenance Crew Chief and Squadron Personnel Reliability Program Manager, where they were responsible for managing programs and ensuring the safety and security of personnel and assets.

In 2000, James transitioned to the role of Munitions Controller/Scheduler, where they supervised the planning, coordination, and maintenance of munitions facilities and personnel. James later held positions such as Munitions Storage Crew Chief/Dispatcher and Asst. Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of Combat Munitions Plans and Training.

James's career outside of the military includes roles at Mohawk Industries as a Quality Assurance Manager and at Elite Comfort Solutions LLC as a Regional Quality Manager. James is currently working as the Director of Quality and Compliance at Apache Mills, Inc.

Throughout their career, James has developed strong leadership skills and a keen attention to detail. James'sextensive experience in quality control, compliance, and program management make him a valuable asset in any organization.

James Spinks has a significant educational background. James obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, as well as a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Systems from Kennesaw State University, where they studied from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University between 2010 and 2012. James also holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Human Resource Management from the Community College of the Air Force, achieved from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, they attained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Munitions Systems Technology from the same institution, where they studied from 1997 to 2003. Lastly, James received their high school diploma from McDowell Sr High School in 1987.

In terms of certifications, they completed the "Fundamentals of Systems Acquisition Management" course offered by the United States Department of Defense in August 2008.
