Marquan Jackson serves as the Vice President of Resident Services at Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing, overseeing the development and delivery of services to over 1800 units. Marquan is also an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Michigan, teaching Social Welfare and Policy. Previously, Marquan was the Director of The Family Empowerment Program at Eastern Michigan University, where Marquan led initiatives focused on economic self-sufficiency and academic success for residents. Additionally, Marquan has experience as a Mental Health Therapist and has a background in community organization and management.
