Luis Z.

Luis Z. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Luis currently holds the position of Chief of Staff at APARAVI, where they provide strategic focus and operational efficiency to support the CEO. In this role, they attend meetings on behalf of the CEO, leads strategic planning processes, implements projects, and delegates tasks. Prior to this, Luis was the Director of Talent Management at APARAVI, where they focused on hiring and fostering an innovative team culture.

Before joining APARAVI, Luis worked at Pediatric Healthcare Connection as an Accounts Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, they developed and managed the talent acquisition department, created training processes, and taught training classes for new hires.

Luis also has experience as the Head of Sales and Recruitment at Hatch Crypto, a blockchain technology start-up. There, they co-founded a blockchain technology school and developed the company's business plan, recruitment processes, sales strategies, and go-to-market strategies.

In addition, Luis has worked at HealthTrust Software as the CEO of the Healthcare Division, where they effectively communicated with clients, generated leads, and closed sales. Luis also served as the Director of Expansion, responsible for recruiting software engineers and building relationships with clients.

Earlier in their career, Luis worked at MGA Homecare as a Lead Senior Recruiter and Account Manager. In this role, they managed a team of recruiters, executed full cycle recruitment processes, and developed training programs.

Throughout their career, Luis has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different industries and roles.

Luis Z. pursued a postgraduate degree in Data Science and Business Analytics from the Texas McCombs School of Business, completing their studies from 2020 to 2021. Prior to this, they attended the University of South Florida from 2006 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and Affairs. Additionally, they pursued studies in International Business during the same period at the University of South Florida.
