Darrel Chambers

Darrel Chambers is an experienced executive in the staffing and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Executive Director of Energy & Engineering at Alliance of Professionals & Consultants, Inc. since September 2020. Chambers is also the Founder and CEO of True North Talent Group, established in February 2019, focusing on staffing services for industries including Oil and Energy, Civil Infrastructure, and Construction. Previous roles include Managing Director at DIVERSANT, LLC in Denver, Senior Account Executive at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, and Sr. Account Executive at TEKsystems, managing energy account relationships and leading a security services division. Chambers began a career in construction as a Project Engineer at Rudolph and Sletten and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
