Steve Sim

Steve Sim is a Head of Finance known for delivering financial success with a people-first leadership approach. Currently serving as the Corporate Controller at Apcela, Steve has implemented policies to streamline operations and significantly reduced days sales outstanding and days payable outstanding. With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Jose State University, Steve has a rich background in the biotechnology and pharma industries, having held various roles that included financial due diligence during mergers and acquisitions, and leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and audit management. Prior to Apcela, Steve excelled as Director of Finance at Delta Project Management, where a successful Private Equity-backed exit was achieved under their guidance.
