William Wong

William Wong is a shareholder in the Los Angeles office of the law firm of Greenberg Traurig, LLP. William is a member of the Corporate & Securities group and focuses on corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, public and private securities offerings, and venture capital financings. He also handles a variety of corporate transactions for both private and public companies across a wide range of industries, including real estate development, manufacturing, insurance, energy, media and entertainment, and technology. William received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from UCLA, and a law degree from Fordham University.
