Yves Guyot

Yves Guyot has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over several companies and industries.

Yves began their career as an HR officer at Energizer in 1999 and later served as the Head of Human Resources at Hopital Cantonal de Perreux from 2001 to 2003.

From 2003 to 2007, Yves was the Human Resources Manager for Switzerland at Eastman Kodak Company. In this role, they were responsible for HR management, talent recruitment, payroll administration, and implementing HR self-service solutions. Yves also managed various major mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring projects.

In 2007, Yves joined Altitude as a Director, where they oversaw various ski and snowboard training programs and language camps.

Yves then worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at TAG Aviation from 2011 to 2016. In this position, they provided support and strategic advice to senior management, managed reorganization actions, and supervised compliance with employment-related legal requirements.

Most recently, Yves Guyot served as the Head of Human Resources at APCO Technologies SA starting in 2018.

Yves Guyot completed their Master's degree in Political Sciences from the Université de Neuchâtel from 1993 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained a Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en Ressources Humaines in Gestion des ressources humaines / administration du personnel, général from CRPM. Yves also holds a Holistic Coach Certificate from SAPHIR - DHA. Yves has also completed their Maturité scientifique from Lycée Blaise Cendrars.
