Jane Gandy

Jane Gandy is a skilled technical writer currently employed at APCON since February 2022. Gandy has diverse experience, including a recent position as a freelance editor at MCMURRAY UNIVERSITY in early 2024. Previous roles include medical writing at Bioneer and serving as owner/practitioner at Healing Current. With a long tenure at Abbott Laboratories from 2001 to 2019, Gandy held various positions including manager of medical writing and labeling. Additionally, Gandy worked as a midwife and owner at Fruit of the Womb from 1998 to 2017, providing extensive care in prenatal and postpartum health. Gandy's early career included freelance editing for UT Southwestern Medical Center. Gandy holds a B.S. in Journalism and Mass Communications with a focus on Scientific Writing from Iowa State University.
