Jihad Hourani is a highly experienced software test engineer with a career spanning over two decades in quality assurance and testing. At APCON since November 2018, Jihad serves as a Senior Software Test Engineer II, having previously held positions as a Test Engineer at Steelcase and a Test Support Engineer at HCL Technologies. Earlier experience includes significant contributions at Xerox, leading software test teams and optimizing test procedures for various printer drivers and software programs.
