This team—comprising a System Administrator, Application Engineer, Technical Support Specialist, and Operations Systems Administrator—manages and troubleshoots IT systems, supports software applications, and provides technical assistance to staff. Their work is critical in maintaining seamless member services and ensuring data security and compliance.

Technical and System Support

The Marketing Team at APCU/Center Parc focuses on developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote credit union services and products. The team works collaboratively to enhance brand awareness, drive member engagement, and support community outreach. The Integrated Marketing Strategists and Marketing Manager leverage multi-channel marketing campaigns to communicate the value of membership and help the credit union grow and flourish within its communities.
