Eric Texier is currently the Responsable Lab Innovation at Apec, where they lead initiatives aimed at transforming collaboration methods to enhance innovation within the organization. With experience as a Board member and intrapreneurship expert at WILCO, Eric has participated in startup selection committees focusing on retail technology and customer experience. Eric also founded Be-Nova, providing expert guidance to startups and businesses on fostering innovation and collective collaboration. Previously, as the Group VP of Innovation at Sodexo, they established a dedicated innovation department and managed various global initiatives to promote an open-innovation culture. Eric holds a Master's degree in Sciences économiques from Université de Tours and a Master's in Business Administration from IAE de Poitiers.
