Building Homes, Building Lives

Established in 1997, APEC Homes, together with its affiliates – Cumberland Development Corporation and Amanaland Corporation, has built over 30,000 Homes. We aim to be a partner of each and every Filipino in achieving happiness and success by providing good quality, affordable homes. It is our strong belief that the homes we build open up meaningful changes in the lives of many.

Trusted Developer

Our company’s sincerity in building houses, matched with hard work, has earned several distinctions that reinforces our position as one of the players in the real estate industry.

APEC Homes and its affiliates have been constantly acknowledge by Pag-IBIG Fund for its outstanding performance over the years. This was highlighted on 2013 when it surpassed other developers and was awarded as “Top Developer” by Pag-IBIG Fund – a seal of confidence on our strength as a real estate developer.

Building The Filipino People

Being more than a home builder, contributing to society building is in the heart of our operations. By sharing to our fellow Filipinos the value of “helping one another” regardless of one's status in the society, we aspire to see each and every Filipino bring out meaningful changes in the lives of others.
