Jeff McCutcheon

Jeff McCutcheon is the Managing Director at Board Advisory, LLC, where Jeff helps boards and investor groups improve organizational performance through executive pay, performance, and succession programs. Jeff is also the Co-Founder and CFO of Apellix, a company that designs heavy lift drones for industrial and commercial use. Jeff serves as a Trustee and Treasurer at Okefenokee Swamp Park, working towards its designation as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the past, Jeff held senior roles in HR at CSX Corporation, Barnett Banks, Inc., and Federated Department Stores, Inc., among others. Jeff holds a Masters in Labor & Industrial Relations and a Bachelors in Business from Michigan State University.
