Garima Pal

Garima Pal possesses a diverse professional background in human resources and social media marketing, highlighted by a role as Youth Ambassador at Girlup Delhi from July 2020 to September 2021, where social media content creation led to a 5% increase in organic reach. Other significant experiences include serving as a Social Media Marketing Intern at SOS Children's Villages of India, where performance metrics were analyzed, and successful campaign ideas were presented, as well as working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Moglix, managing recruitment processes for non-technical roles. Currently, Garima Pal holds the position of Senior Executive in Human Resources at Apelo Consulting since August 2025 and is set to expand knowledge with a Master of Business Administration specializing in Human Resources Management from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University Delhi, following a Bachelor of Arts from Delhi University.
