Heather Webb

Heather Webb is an Associate Director at APEM Ltd, where they manage long-term water quality monitoring studies and specialize in algal bloom assessment and management. With over 15 years of consultancy experience, Heather has developed, implemented, and monitored comprehensive water and sediment quality management programs. They have provided expert advice on water quality parameters to diverse clients, including government bodies and recreational organizations. Heather holds an MSc in Aquatic Biodiversity from The University of Hull, completed in 2003, and previously worked as a Marine Biologist for IUCN - Sri Lanka.
